The last time I saw Joan was at Betty’s funeral. I Asked her to keep in touch with me. I sent her a picture of Betty and herself not too long ago. We had fun when we were all together at McCall Rd. and my house. I will miss her.

I will carry with me all my cherished memories of you from when I was just a little girl till just a few weeks ago when I last saw you. You are an awesome Women! I am proud of the Women that you are…so courageous, independent, strong, kind hearted, noble, pure and lovely. I will miss watching Y&R with you, I will miss sending you my yearly Christmas Gift Package of Hawaii goodies. I will miss everything about you. My prayer for you;…Heavenly Father, Thank you for giving us your daughter Joan for all the years you granted her. She truly blessed and touch many in her life her on Earth. Thank you for answering all our prayers that Aunty would not suffer much in her last days. Receive your daughter in Heaven and comfort those left behind and let us remember that Auntie’s Spirit will live on in each of us. Its a day to mourn, but also a day of celebration for Auntie’s new life in Heaven. The Bible says to be absent from the body is to be in present with the Lord. We give you all the Glory, Praise and Honor in Jesus name…Amen

I’m thinking of my dearest Aunty Joan on this the 6th year anniversary since she left us. Miss her like crazy, but happy to know she is not suffering any health issues here on earth and that she is playing Golf in Heaven with her friends and my Daddy. There is no time or distance in the realm of the spirit and I feel your spirit with me everyday. Rest in peace and love my beloved Aunty Joan.
