Greece: Friday, November 9, 2007 at age 94. Predeceased by her husband, Clarence H. Doell. Survived by her daughter, Janet L. Bernard; grandchildren, Marie L. (Timothy) Davis, Mary J. (James) Carmer & Robin A. (Jacob) Doud; great-grandchildren, Rebecca K. Carmer & Jessica A. Doud; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Edna is a 31-year retiree of Eastman Kodak and was a member of the Pioneer Club. No prior calling. Her Graveside Service will be held Tuesday 1 P.M. at White Haven Memorial Park (Please meet the family at the grave). Contributions may be made to Greece Volunteer Ambulance, American Cancer Society or to the Arthritis Foundation in her memory.
EDNA &I WORKED IN SANDWICH RM FOR A LOT OF YEARS, DID THE NEARRAITING FOR HER RETIRMENT PARTY WHEN WE DID (THANKS FOR THE MEMORYS) SHE WAS A TOUGH LADY BUT GOT IT DONE. I HAVE TALKED TO HER BY PHONE ONCE IN AWHILE,AND WHEN SHE CAME TO OUR LUNCHES AT KEENAN’S WE WILL PUT HER IN OUR PRAY BOOK. MY BEST TO HER DAUGHTER &FAMILY. BILLIE AFFELDT
Janet and Family; As one of the few first cousins of your mother still around, we were saddened to learn of her passing , while enroute to Florida. My father, Walter Pero, was her Uncle and he and Arthur were the last to pass on, well into their 90s. Your mother inherited her longevity from the Pero side of the family. We regret that we are unable to attend the Services, but will be there in Spirit and keep her in our Prayers. God Bless you and yours for the care and love you gave her.

My sympathy goes out to your family on your loss. I wanted to contact you to say that I think we are cousins through my father , William J. Doell,born in 1912, who died in 1985, and his father , Henry Conrad Doell, who died in the 1950’s. Edna’s husband, Clarence, was probably William’s cousin. I’d appreciate hearing from your family.
