Gary & Kathy, We never had the opportunity to meet your dad–but knowing the both of you and reading this guestbook, it is apparent he was a noble & jovial man! You both are in our thoughts & prayers as well as your father. May God’s peace be with you today and always. Love, Paula & Rick
Gary, Kathy & Mike, Kimee and I were both so fond of your dad. We both enjoyed our time with him. He was a wonderful man. If there is anything we can do, please do not hesitate to call us. We loved your dad very much and will miss him dearly. God Bless You!
Gramps, I’ll miss bingo while watching a SU game. I’ll miss a pizza with anchovies and a piece of black licorice. I’ll miss thanksgiving while you pawn off your squash on me and I’ll miss showing you my first buick, but most of all I’ll miss waking up and having oatmeal and raisins with you and grandma, and shooting cans with my Daisy BB gun.I love you and miss you. Say ‘HI’ to grandma. Love Always, Timothy
I have such great memories of Grandpa Nardo.I remember sitting in the back yard having a few shots of sambuca with all his friends that lived on his street…I hope you still get to have your shots..Kris
I’ll miss you, say ‘HI’ to Grandma.
To Gary and Kathy and Family: We are so very sorry to hear of Al’s passing. We have such fond memories of Al. Bill still talks about the ball game that he attended with Al, Gary, and Charlie. Never knew a guy who could remember so many jokes. Enjoy all the many memories you must have. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
TO THE BERNARDO FAMILY…WE WERE LATE IN GETTING TO KNOW AL. HE SAT WITH MY FATHER, BILL THOMPSON, FOR HIS MEALS WHILE RESIDING AT JUNIPER VILLAGE. HE WAS A TRUE GENTLEMAN WHO ENJOYED MAKING SURE THAT HE OR MY FATHER GOT THE CHICKENS FEED THAT DAY. HE WAS ALWAYS APPRECIATIVE OF ANY SMALL FAVOR, LIKE CUTTING HIS STEAK AT DINNER BUT MOST OF ALL ENJOYED THE HOMEMADE COOKIES WE BROUGHT HIM. HE ALWAYS SAVED THEM TO HAVE WHILE WATCHING TELEVISION IN THE EVENING. HE WILL BE MISSED.
To The Bernardo Family: Even though you do not know me, I had the pleasure of working with your Dad (Al) many years ago at Kodak.Al was a great guy to work with and for. He always had a smile on his face and was always pleasant, not only with me, but with everyone else as well !! And, even though there may not be a lot of folks left at Kodak today who do remember him from back then, I think I speak for all those who did know him back then, when I say he was a delight to know !!!! We will miss him !!!! Sincerely, Bruce Fouquet.
