Born in Dubois, Pennsylvania, April 1, 1916. Died Thursday, March 1, 2007 at age 90. Predeceased by his first wife, Jeanette Faruch. Survived by his lovely wife of 26 years, Ruth Faruch; his children, Ronald(Diane)Faruch, Judith(Michael)O’Lena, Diane(Skip)McIntosh, Tom(Susan)Guinan; sister, Viola Pellitier; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Floyd joined the Air Force during World War II. After serving his country, he worked at Taylor Instrument Company until his retirement. Floyd volunteered his time at ‘Operation Call-In’ for the town of Greece. Floyd adored spending time with his family and friends. He always believed that there was ‘nothing that can’t be handled’. No prior calling. His funeral Service will be held Monday, 10:30AM in th Funeral Home Chapel. Interment, Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the memorial fund at Messiah Lutheran Church in his memory.
