Doris Kerr

Sunday, October 22, 2006 at age 92. Predeceased by her loving and devoted husband of 63 years, Harry. Survived by her daughter, Barbara(Douglas)Corbin; dear sister, Virginia Beuckman; 2 grandchildren she adored, Kelly(David) Thompson, David Corbin; 1 great grandson; 2 nieces; 1 nephew. Doris was past Vice President of Greece Woman’s Republican Club, Election Inspector and Coordinator in Greece for 6 years, past member of Rosary Society and Legion of Mary at Our Mother of Sorrows and a volunteer at Paddy Hill Library for many years. She was a volunteer at Park Ridge Hospital Gift Shop for 15 years and won the contest to name the gift shop Park Place. Doris made friends wherever she went. She will be dearly missed by all. Most sincere thank you to all the devoted staff on the 7th floor at St. Ann’s Home for their love and care. Friends may call Wendesday, 4-6PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Rd. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday 12 Noon at the Cahpel of St.Ann’s Home, 1500 Portland Avenue.
