Greece: Sunday, May 17, 2026 at the age of 100.

Angela went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 17, 2026 at the age of 100. Angela had a deep faith which she shared with others through words, prayers, and deeds. She lived a vibrant life for Jesus her Savior and shared her love of Christ with many. Later in life she suffered with Alzheimer’s disease, yet the vessel in which the treasure of the Spirit of Christ had dwelt was always there. Now she is released into the loving presence of her Lord and Savior, free from the pains and sufferings of this life. Her desire is that those who are in darkness may receive His love and His life.

Predeceased by her beloved husband of 59 years Samuel Nasca, her parents Fanny and Domenic Roncone, her sister Joanne Roncone, her brother Patrick and sister-in-law Marilyn (Pat) Roncone, and her niece Wendy (Roncone).

She is survived by her children, Marlene (David) Ranieri & Gerry Nasca; grandchildren, Jennifer (Steve) Pelton & Stephen Ranieri; great-grandchilden, Sophia and Stevie Pelton; and many wonderful nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.

Angela was a native of Rochester and grew up in the Lyell Ave area. She married Samuel in 1949. She worked for the Rochester Telephone Company and for Ben Barnett Dry Cleaning. Angela was an active member of Saint Thomas the Apostle Church for 42 years and also was part of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal. She loved and was devoted to her family and friends. Angela was a wonderful cook and hostess who served countless delicious meals. She exercised regularly and was famous for her “10 penny” walking at the Villas at Fieldstone. Her great grand children loved playing hide and go seek with Grandma Honey, where she found unusual hiding places in every room.

We wish to thank the staff at the Cottages for being especially attentive and providing compassionate care for Angela as she neared the end of her life.

Her Graveside Prayers were held privately in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to a charity of your choice in her memory.

We miss seeing Angela at Cottage 400. She was the first person that we encountered when mom came to live there. She had a smile and a little wave. We were so very blessed to have known Angela as well as you both. May God bless you all.
