Hilton NY: Sunday, March 29, 2026 at age 60. Predeceased by her mother, Sarina Palmieri; mother-in-law, Antonietta Caricati; father-in-law, Guiseppe Caricati.

Carmelina is survived by her father, Giovanni Palmieri; her loving husband of 38 years, Antonio Caricati; devoted children, Antonietta, Joseph and Sara Caricati; siblings, Lenny (Lisa) Palmieri, Josephine (Miguel) Velazquez, and Nick (Judy) Palmieri; many nieces, nephews, cousins, loving family and dear friends.

Carmelina was a devoted wife and loving mother who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had a passion for cooking, baking and sharing meals with those she loved, and she never missed an opportunity to enjoy a good laugh. Carmelina also enjoyed time at the casino and playing cards, always bringing her warmth and lively spirit wherever she went.

Carmelina’s visitation will be held Tuesday, March 31, 2026 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 10:30 AM at Our Mother of Sorrows Church 5000 Mt. Read Blvd. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

    Hello my condolences go out to the whole family as this difficult time is in all your hearts 💞as well as putting your souls into the care , time , hours all moments of her caring she was very blessed to have children and husband who loved her deeply ?
