April 10, 1974 – August 19, 2025.

Rochester, NY: Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at age 51, lost a battle with pancreatic cancer after fighting stoically for 18 months. He always tried to have a smile on his face, often deflecting questions about his health with genuine concern for others. He spent every minute from his diagnosis doing whatever he could for his family and making memories with his loved ones despite the struggles of his illness. His goal was to live life to the fullest and not give up.

Cliff is survived by his wife, Michelle; three sons, Mason, Liam, and Evan; sister, Patricia (Mark) Strong; aunt, Barbara Aldrich; uncle, David Aldrich; cousins, niece, and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, Rick & Fay Aldrich; nephew, Ryan Strong; grandparents, Robert and Helen Aldrich, and Dorothy Tarrant.

Cliff graduated from Gates-Chili High School in 1992. He entered the workforce, and with his outgoing personality, he was an asset to his employers in his role working with the public. He was kind, caring, and a friend to everyone.

Cliff enjoyed tinkering with cars, building Legos, a love from childhood that he passed along to his boys; watching movies; and most of all, spending time with family and friends.

Thoughts and prayers are with Cliffs family. Cliff has been a friend to many and will be sorely missed. A warrior through his own tough times that stood strong for himself as he fostered strength in others. His memory and the words of strength he gave to others will live on. Rest in peace my friend.

Excellent human service. There was never a “no” for anything. He was always so humble and open-minded. I’ve lost an excellent friend and coworker. May God bless you from my heart. And much strength to the family. He’s now another angel in heaven. See you later, we’ll see each other there in many more years in heaven. RIP
