Rochester, NY, passed away on May 24, 2025 at the age of 36.
Born and raised in Greece, Kimmy was a bubbly, kind-hearted person whose thoughtfulness and compassion left a mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her. She graduated from Canisius College in 2011 with a B.A. in Psychology, a reflection of her deep empathy and her desire to understand and help others.
Kimmy exuded kindness and warmth. Her contagious laugh and loving personality made people feel instantly at ease. She was outgoing, welcoming, and always genuinely interested in people’s lives, even if they were strangers. She never judged, and instead saw the best in everyone. She was invested in the happiness of those around her, and her bright personality left a lasting impression wherever she went.
Her greatest joy came from her relationships with others. She always had a big hug or a kind word ready, and had a way of making everyone feel truly seen and cared for. She also enjoyed reading, watching movies, singing, and going on long walks, and she adored children and animals.
She is survived by her father, Ed Nauratil; her sister, Bethany Beiter, and brother-in-law Bill Beiter; her nephews Gabe and Evan, and her niece, Maddie. She was preceded in death by her mother, Denise Taylor.
Kimmy was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed. Her spirit lives on in the lives she touched, the warmth she shared, and in the love she gave so freely.
Her Memorial Service will be celebrated Wednesday (July 30th) 10:00 AM in the chapel of Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road. She will be privately laid to rest beside her cherished mother at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
My condolences. 🙏 Such a short life for such a beautiful person. Thinking of you and the family at this time. In my thoughts and prayers.
