Vladimir Kalenik

August 25, 1955 – May 14, 2025

Vladimir Kalenik, 69, passed away on May 14, 2025. He was born in a small Ukrainian village where he grew up with 8 siblings. He and Liliya married on September 17, 1978 and had 4 daughters. In November, 2000, he left everything behind and moved his family to the United States in search of better opportunities. He was a God loving man and active in his local church. When he wasn’t working, he was tending to his bee hives and spending time with his family and friends. Vladimir also enjoyed cooking a nice meal and spending time outdoors. An amazing husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be dearly missed. Vladimir is survived by his wife Liliya, his four daughters, Tatyana (Serhii), Natasha (Nick), Lena  (Viktor), Ruslana (Roman), 12 grandchildren, many other family members and friends. 

Funeral Services Monday (May 19th) 7-9 PM and Tuesday (May 20th) 10-12 Noon at the Slavic Pentecostal Church, 4925 Ridge Road West, followed by interment in Parma Corners Cemetery.
