Joanne Elizabeth King, of Rochester, NY, born June 15, 1955, passed on March 7, 2025. Beloved wife of David King; loving mother to Rebecca, Jeffery, and Melaina; proud grandma of three grandchildren; dear friend and neighbor to many. Daughter of Patrick (dec) and Maryann (dec) Morganello, sister of Maryann, John (dec), and Christine (dec).
Friends may call Sunday (March 23rd) 1-3 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Prayer Service will be held following calling at 3:00 PM.

Jody welcomed us into her family with open arms when Melaina married our Luke and we’re heartbroken that she passed so suddenly and with so much to look forward to.
We are thankful for her warm and generous heart. We got to share being grandmothers to our precious little grandbaby. She adored our granddaughter and we will all have to be sure to keep Jody’s memory alive for her; tell all the stories and bake all the treats.
It’s such a loss. Jody was so vibrant and kindhearted and has left so many who loved her so dearly. Our hearts go out to Dave and Becky and Melaina and Jeff, especially. She was a light and we loved her and will miss her.
So so sorry to hear about the sudden loss of your Mom Melaina. I got to meet her at your wedding and she was so kind and generous welcoming everyone to your special day. ❤️ Our hearts and prayers go out to you and your family
