Rochester, NY: Born, November 6, 1940 in Rochester NY, died, February 8, 2021 in Rochester, NY. Mary was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Lillian Herbst; her sisters, Kathleen (Herbst) Tentilucci, and Jane (Herbst) Yeager.  She leaves behind her niece, Jodi (Pergl) Martin of Atlanta, GA, and her husband Neil Martin and their children; Sean Martin, Brian Martin and Carlene (Martin) Bowen along with three grand nephews, Tripp, Caleb and Jack and a grand niece Reece.  She also leaves behind nieces and nephews in Maryland; Amy Yeager, Richard Yeager, Jenny Yeager, Katy Yeager Clausen, Nancy Yeager and Jonas Yeager as well as several grand nephews and nieces.


Mary began her career at Marine Midland Bank, left and joined Eastman Kodak Company and retired from Johnson & Johnson.  She was a resident of the Latta Road Nursing Home.


Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, (Feb 20th) 9:30 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3003 Dewey Ave, Rochester, NY. Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Her memorial service in remembrance of Mary will be held by the family at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Joseph’s Villa, 3300 Dewey Ave., Rochester, NY 14616 in her memory.
