Wednesday, January 31, 2007. Predeceased by her husband, Frank Adamus; parents, Walter and Vivian Hofmann. Survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Patti Kay and Allen Smith; her son amd daughter-in-law, Gregory and Annie Adamus; her grandson, Cory Smith; granddaughter, London Adamus; honorary granddaughter, Maggie Strout; 1 uncle, several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and cousins.
Friends may call Friday 4-7 at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Rd. Her Funeral Service will be celebrated Saturday at 10:00AM at Pinnacle Lutheran Church, 250 Pinnacle Rd. Interment, White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, friends wishing may make contributions to Pinnacle Lutheran Church in her memory.

Dear Nana Jean,
I miss you so much. A light in my heart has gone out. You were the BEST Grandma ever. You will always be in my heart, forever and ever. We had so much fun together. I have the best memories of you and Granddaddy. Please tell him hi for me in heaven.
Jean has been a blessing to our family. She has been a wonderful Grandmother to Maggie. We will miss her sweet, sweet spirit and thoughtfulness.
