  1. A kinder, happier, more wonderful person that Jane never lived. She made the world a better place and touched everyone who knew her. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all as you go through this difficult time.

  2. Dear Marty, Bridget & Scott, Patrick & Michele and Shawn, You are in my thoughts daily, this loss of Janie is so difficult. What a wonderfully close, strong family you are!! I grew up with Janie and cannot remember a time when she wasn’t here. My whole family loved her. Everyone did. Janie, my fearless friend ‘ whether laughing in the face of the neighborhood bully, jumping fences on her horse Smoky, or rowing us way way way out in the middle of Lake Ontario (at nighttime!). Being with Janie always meant sunshine and good times. Oh Janie, are you busy making everyone laugh & smile up in Heaven now? But till then we’ll be missing you. Love to you all, Mary Marg Stubler.

  3. Dear Marty, Bridget, Patrick, Shawn & Lucky;
    We send our deepest sympathy to all of you. I can’t even express our sorrow enough. Jane is already deeply missed & our prayers and thoughts are sent your way. We considered Jane a true friend, great neighbor and most of all, a part of our family. She always spoke so highly of you all and loved you more than you will ever know. My children loved her so much as well as Brian and I and often our children would say…can we invite Jane over tonight? We all loved her always engaging smile and bubbling personality. She always knew how to make everyone feel special and cared about.
    Love to you all, and Jane you are greatly missed and may you rest in peace.

  4. Dear Waters and Herrmann Families,
    Our family lived next door to Janey when we were growing up. Jane was an awesome person. She was , kind, fun, and ALWAYS smiling. Sincerely, Jean and Tony DePetres and Family

  9. I had the pleasure of knowing Jane for many years and considered her a wonderful friend who was forever bubbly and vibrant as she went about her very busy life! We would talk about our children and how they were growing up so fast and how proud we were of them. She loved her family so much. I will miss talking to her..

  10. I was so sad to hear about Jane’s passing. My deepest condolences are with your family. I worked with Jane at Stone Ridge Animal Hospital. She was such a great person to work with. So kind & considerate. I can still hear her laugh. Jane might not be here on earth but she will always be with you, in your hearts & memories. Not knowing any circumstances of her passing, I hope she’s at peace now. I am so sorry for your loss.

  11. I’m so sorry to hear of Janes passing. I worked with Jane at Brockport College a few years back and let me say she was the one of the best people I have ever known. she was quick with that infectious smile and laugh and you couldn’t help but to join in. She proudly spoke of her family and children often and was a great leader and inspiration to anyone who knew her. Please know that she will be deeply and sadly missed by everyone. Again, my condo;ences.

  12. Janie was and always will be one of my oldest, dearest friends. She was my forever friend. There is not a childhood memory that does not include Janie. Janie’s smile could light up a room and her laugh was infectious. When you made friends with Janie it was for life. She was so loving and caring always putting everyone else first. Janie loved you Marty, you were her soul mate. Janie was so proud of you Bridget, Patrick and Shawn and she loved you beyond words. Janie will always be a part of our lives, maybe not here on earth but in our hearts.

  13. Janie, I will certainly miss you! You always had such a warm smile, a loving hug, and a kiss for me whenever we saw each other. I know that you are with your sister and with the Lord. This thought consoles me. God bless you, Janie and someday, we will meet again! Lots of hugs and kisses, from your cousin, Jimmy Murphy

  14. Martin and Family,
    I do not know how to begin to tell you how sorry I was to read in the paper this morning that Jane has passed. I trully hope that she did not suffer as she was a wonderful person full of life and a pleasure to be around her. She knew how to have a fun time and I enjoyed working with her at Stone Ridge Animal Hospital and I appreciated her business buying dog food from me while I had the business going. I always looked forward to talking to her when she called, no matter if I was busy at work or just at home.
    I know that she played a huge part in her family life and will be missed greatly. I remember when her sister was ill, Jane and I had talked a lot about her sister’s illness, and how she was feeling so very bad about the fact that she was loosing her sister to cancer. Jane could not comfort her sister enough and always wished that she could do more for her. Now It may be comforting to know that Jane is with her sister and she will be there to guide you through each and every day, because that is Jane…. she will always be there to comfort you.

    May God Bless you and your family during this time, and my deepest Sympathy

    Barb Wiemer
