Our mother lived for her children, grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. She loved to bake and cook for her family on every holiday. No one made cheesecake from scratch like our momma. Everyone wanted her cheesecake. She loved to to grocery shopping but it had to be on sale and she aways used a coupon. Momma still has her smock from “Two Guy’s” where she worked for many years. She would sit in her recliner and watch old cartoons with her fur baby Perri right by her side. Our gg would make friends every where she went. She was a loving caring sarcastic person. She was loved and will be deeply missed by everyone. In honor of our mother please wear yellow.

Guestbook

  1. Gerry was the ” mother” of the floor at Light Fab. Always with a smile, sweets, pepperoni and cheese.
A mother with a family and a friend to all

  2. GG, you will forever be in my heart, your smile was everything. You and Georgia are one of my favorite people, always made me feel like one of your own. I remember you baking me my own cinnamon apple cheesecake every year for my birthday! Your deserts are the best!! Love you GG and may you sleep in peace.

  3. Such a wonderful person in life. Strong, compassionate, and loved her family. May you Rest In Peace.

  4. GG was the absolute best!! I remember spending nights over her house with my cousin Lauren and when she made dessert she would yell Nicole come get some dessert!! Nicole is not my name lol but I always answered. She was a real light too many. Because of GG, my Aunt Georgia is the great woman she is and my cousin Lauren as well. May she rest in heavenly peace!! 🙏🏽

  5. Jerry was a wonderful person to everyone. I loved seeing her big smile at work every day. I also loved her baking. She would have a mob around her when she brought us one of her specialty like her cheese cakes.
    She will be missed dearly.
    Rest In Peace

  6. Georgia and Family,
Gerry was the first person to take you under her wings and make you comfortable at work. Her treats she brought to work were amazing & took on a life of their own. She was always so full of life , happy and always with a smile. We feel fortunate to have both known her. Our Condolences to call. 💛 Mike & Julia
