Greece: February 16, 2012 at age 57. Predeceased by his daughter, Diane Wasser and mother, Jacqueline Wasser. He is survived by his wife, Angelina Wasser; sons, Don (Priscilla) Wasser & Steven Wasser; father, Donald (Nancy) Wasser; grandchildren, Zephaniah & Donovan; sister, Karen (Randy) Bird; several nieces, nephews and cousins; many dear friends. Don is a Veteran of the United States Navy. His Memorial Service will be held, Monday, 11 A.M. at Victory Baptist Church, 32 Wildbriar Road Rochester, NY 14623. Interment held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your favorite church in his memory.

He trully had a fabulous personality and was loved by all that knew him. I am sure his is smiling down on us all now. Angie,Donnie,Steven,we have been neighibor for 23 years,i will never forget feb 16 ever , the day i saw a wonderful man go home to the Lord,Don was always there to let a helping hand to any one who needed,i will truly miss how he always said howdy when you said hi Don,as i did early that morning when we were letting our dogs out that very morning,my prayer is that God be with you all Angie Donnie Steven and family God bless you all love Laurie and Frank Gallagher

Why things happen like they do we will never know . The question is why, we all ask why? Everyones heart always get broke one time or another. Life never seens fair.   9. I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Wasser’s passing. I can only express the need for embracing hugs, prayers and support around you all to get through this time. It is so hard to understand why someone so young, involved and loved by his family is taken so early. The only explanation is that he was needed higher up for reasons we can not yet understand.   11. I could not believe Donny is gone so young, so so sorry. I remember in the 70’s I lived with Karen and Donny for a short while. I hope Angie remembers me. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I will remember the good ole days seeing Donny in his uniform. He will always be remembered. I would love to hear from you Angie. Haven’t seen Karen or Margie Wargo since I got married. I wish you and the children the best. Such a loss is so hard honey just remember the good days. Love to you and the family.

  12. To My Mom Karen, Grandpa Don, Nancy, Aunt Angie, Donnie, Priscilla, Steven, Zephy and Donavan: I still cannot believe that he is gone. He was a wonderful man and the best Uncle to me. I will miss his bright smile and his laugh. He always would make me smile no matter what. The world is less funnier now that he is gone. I will miss him forever and keep him in my heart always. Love you always and Forever, Uncle Don.

  14. While I met Don only a few short months ago, in the time I spent with him I quickly learned how much he cared for his family and others. His smile was simply intoxicating, and could put you at ease and brighten your day in an instant. My sympathies go out to all who have lost him. Keep your memories of him close to your heart, as I am sure if he was in your life that you have many.
